As an Associate Recruiter, you’ll develop valuable skills in sales, relationship management, negotiation and business development. From day one, you’ll be trained and supported to:

• Source and engage technology professionals across the US
• Build and maintain strong candidate and client relationships
• Understand client hiring needs and match candidates with suitable opportunities
• Manage candidates throughout the interview and hiring process
• Develop new business and grow client accounts
• Work toward clear activity and revenue targets

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Commercial awareness and a strong work ethic
