Are you an HR professional with a solid foundation in human resources and ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a DFW-based HR Generalist I to join our team and gain hands-on experience across recruiting, employee relations, benefits, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement.
This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of HR experience who enjoys supporting employees, partnering with managers, and contributing to a positive workplace culture. This is a great opportunity to broaden your HR experience and work alongside a collaborative team that values employee development, service, and continuous learning.
What You'll Do- Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees
- Support payroll, benefits, leave administration, and HRIS processes
- Answer employee and manager questions regarding HR policies and programs
- Assist with employee relations matters, investigations, and performance management processes
- Coordinate background checks and employment verifications
- Help administer employee recognition and engagement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Support a variety of HR projects and continuous improvement efforts
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of Human Resources experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in HR
- Hybrid work environment (up to 3 remote days per week)
