The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of multi-state payroll, hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now, and a proactive approach to reporting, controls, and process improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Direct end-to-end semi-monthly payroll processing for U.S. employees, ensuring all earnings, deductions, and adjustments are completed accurately and on schedule.

- Oversee year-end payroll tasks, including tax form distribution, filings, and maintenance of complete payroll documentation.
- Ensure payroll and benefits practices align with federal, state, and local regulations while safeguarding confidential employee data.
