Our client is hiring a Head of Recruiting to lead their recruiting function and manage a team of 4 recruiters. You'll be accountable for the team's output: pipeline volume, speed, and quality of hire, while also owning hiring strategy with leadership and staying hands-on with key searches yourself.
What You'll Do- Manage and develop a team of 4 recruiters, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Set and track individual and team KPIs (e.g. submittals, time-to-fill, offer-acceptance rate, pipeline conversion) and hold the team accountable to them
- Run regular 1:1s and pipeline reviews; step in to unblock reqs that are stalling
- Partner with the executive team and hiring managers to forecast headcount and define role requirements
- Personally recruit for senior, technical, or otherwise high-priority roles
- Own recruiting strategy, process, and budget across the function
- Report on team and function-level metrics to leadership
