Recruiter (Contract / Contract-to-Hire)

Dallas-Fort Worth, TX (100% Onsite)

$55000 - $75000 / Year (depending on experience)

This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

These positions offer hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting in dynamic environments, collaborating closely with hiring managers and HR teams to meet critical staffing needs. • 1+ years of experience in recruiting (agency or corporate)
• Proven success in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the hiring process
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work 100% onsite in the Dallas-Fort Worth area
• Experience working in high-volume or deadline-driven environments preferred
• Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools a plus
