Rowan is hiring a Recruiter to support our growth, reporting to the Senior Director, HR. You will own full-cycle nursing recruitment, build proactive pipelines, and partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to fill roles efficiently.
Responsibilities include posting listings, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and ensuring a superior candidate experience across Rowan’s US locations. A Bachelor’s in HR or related field is expected, with APHR/PHR/SHRM-CP preferred.
