Supporting a major Workday implementation or a Service Now HRSD rollout
Top 3 responsibilities- Manage End-to-End SOP Ownership & Governance Own the development of Day-to-Day operational SOPs across all People Ops domains (Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Recruitment, Payroll). Drive creation of Draft 2 SOPs with full E2E detail by end of February.
- Training will be provided but EXT will need to hit the ground running with little hand holding
- Manage SOP approvals and signoffs ahead of Service Rehearsals and go-live.
- Maintain a centralized SOP tracker capturing status, reviewers, approvals, and update timelines.
- Drive Testing Alignment & Process Integrity, Ensure all documentation, training, and SOP deliverables maintain high quality and reflect Client's People Ops operating model vision.
- Facilitate cross-functional review cycles with COEs and process owners to identify and close gaps.
