Position: Human Resources (HR) Manager
Description This prominent and Texas based Law Firm is looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead core people operations for our office in downtown Dallas. This role will oversee recruitment, employee onboarding and separation processes, benefits administration, and day-to-day workplace support while helping create a well-organized and positive employee experience. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of HR practices, compliance, and employee support, along with the ability to coordinate across teams and external partners.

Responsibilities:

- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts by partnering with internal stakeholders and external search resources to attract, evaluate, and place talent with relevant experience.

- Manage the complete onboarding experience, including employment documentation, system setup, access coordination, orientation scheduling, and policy confirmation.

- Oversee employee departures by conducting exit processes, collecting company property, removing access, and ensuring a smooth transition.

- Administer employee benefits programs by handling enrollments, status updates, qualifying life events, and employee inquiries in collaboration with benefit providers.

- Support retirement plan administration, including participation changes, employee questions, and related recordkeeping.

- Direct daily office and facilities operations, including workspace coordination, maintenance follow-up, and overall office functionality.

- Supervise administrative support functions such as front desk and office services to maintain efficient business operations.

- Organize employee engagement initiatives and team-focused events that strengthen workplace culture and collaboration.

Requirements - 5+ years of experience in human resources, including responsibility for employee lifecycle management. Experience from a law firm highly preffered.

- Demonstrated background in recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.

- Experience administering benefits, retirement plans, and HR-related employee support programs.

- Working knowledge of HR compliance requirements, employment practices, and HR law.

- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and HR reporting processes.

- Ability to manage office administration or facilities-related coordination alongside HR responsibilities.

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to work across multiple priorities.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. A first step leads to great things.
