Sr. HR Strategic Partner / Consultant (Part-Time - Client facing)
Fully Remote
• TX
This position is client facing position working directly with our clients in a fractional model. This is a 100% remote, part-time hourly position with approximately 0–10% travel. Hours will vary week to week and are estimated at 0–10 hours per week to start and the compensation is estimated to be between $40-48/hour. As we continue to grow, there will be an opportunity for this role to grow into a full-time position in the near future — but it can also remain part-time if that’s what you prefer.
Does working with multiple clients across different industries — and rarely having the same day twice — sound exciting to you? Does getting exposure to every aspect of the employee lifecycle make you giddy inside? Us too… that’s why we started Atomus Partners!
We’re a young, quickly growing company looking for our next Sr. HR Strategic Partner to join the team. Our HR Strategic Partners work directly with small business clients to provide customized, hands-on HR support and strategic guidance. One client may need an extra set of experienced HR hands, while another may partner with us to build their HR function from the ground up.
While this is a part-time role, it does require consistent availability during regular business hours to support client needs, meetings, and time-sensitive HR matters. Because of that, this role is best suited for someone who has flexibility within their daytime schedule and is looking to become an integrated part of the Atomus team.
It is not a fit for someone working around another full-time position or independent/another consulting practice.
