Bilingual Human Resources Partner Retail

We are seeking a collaborative and people-focused Human Resources Partner to support a dynamic retail environment. In this role, you will work closely with leaders and team members to deliver practical HR guidance, strengthen employee engagement, and help foster a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, brings strong interpersonal skills, and is comfortable balancing day-to-day HR support with strategic partnership.

• Partner with retail leadership to support employee relations, performance management, and team development.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices in a clear and consistent manner.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and orientation activities to help new team members succeed.
• Assist with coaching managers on employee engagement, workplace concerns, and communication strategies.
• Help manage employee relations matters by gathering information, documenting conversations, and escalating issues when appropriate.
• Support compliance efforts related to employment practices, labor regulations, and internal policies.
• Contribute to training initiatives that promote leadership capability, teamwork, and a positive employee experience.
• Analyze HR data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement in retention, performance, and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support organizational goals and operational needs.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with employees, managers, and candidates.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated HR experience in a retail, multi-site, or fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate professionally in both languages.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, employee relations, and employment practices.
• Ability to build trust and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with HR systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Sound judgment, discretion, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

• Experience supporting hourly and salaried populations in a retail setting.
• Knowledge of employee engagement, training, and talent development practices.
