Action Property Management is looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. We’re looking for someone who is a strong sourcer and relationship builder and someone who knows how to proactively find great talent while delivering an exceptional experience to candidates and hiring managers.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of recruiting experience and is comfortable using Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing strategies to identify and engage both active and passive candidates.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, from sourcing and initial screening through offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and high-volume positions.
• Build effective Boolean search strings and use creative search techniques to uncover talent across multiple platforms.
• Leverage Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels to identify active and passive candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct recruiter screens and provide thoughtful, concise candidate recommendations to hiring managers.
• Serve as a responsive and solutions-oriented recruiting partner to hiring managers, providing regular updates, market insights, and recommendations throughout the search.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience
  , ensuring candidates feel informed, respected, and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain consistent and timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, calibrate candidate profiles, troubleshoot recruiting challenges, and adjust strategies when needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support hiring events, recruiting initiatives, and special projects as needed.

• Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience required.
• Strong sourcing skills with demonstrated experience proactively identifying candidates.
• Proficiency with Boolean search techniques and the ability to translate job requirements into targeted sourcing strategies.
• Hands-on experience using Linked In Recruiter and Indeed to source and engage candidates.
• Comfortable proactively reaching out to passive candidates through InMail, email, phone, and other channels.
• Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through the completion of the hiring process.
