• Run intake meetings with hiring managers to define what great looks like
• Screen candidates and present qualified shortlists
• Coordinate interview loops and gather structured feedback
• Maintain ATS hygiene and report on funnel health
• Champion candidate experience throughout the process.

• 2+ Years in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Hands-on experience with Linked In Recruiter and modern ATS platforms, including Greenhouse, Lever, and Workday
• Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean and X-ray search
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proactive candidate engagement and white-glove experience
• Experience with structured interviewing and scorecard methodology
• Strong interpersonal judgment and ability to handle sensitive information
• Clear communication across cultures and seniority levels
• Action-oriented approach and structured problem-solving
• Comfort working asynchronously across time zones.
