Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.
Source qualified IT professionals through Linked In Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
Review resumes and conduct comprehensive candidate screening and qualification based on technical requirements.
Recruit across technologies including Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, Dev Ops, Data, QA, Salesforce, SAP, and Infrastructure.
Handle candidates with USC, GC, EAD, H1B, OPT, and CPT work authorizations as per requirements.
Work extensively with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models and staffing requirements.
Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, feedback, negotiations, offers, and onboarding.
Build strong relationships with candidates, vendors, implementation partners, and clients.
Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment activity, and pipeline status using ATS/CRM systems.
Meet recruitment targets while ensuring quality submissions, timely follow-ups, and successful placements.
