A Virtual Recruiter is a remote talent acquisition professional who manages the hiring process entirely online. They source candidates through job boards, Linked In, and other digital channels, screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to fill open roles. They also keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the process, using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and video conferencing tools.
WhatYou'll Do:
- Manage open roles and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone/video interviews.
- Handle background checks, drug screenings, and offer letters in the ATS.
- Track hiring progress and recruiting expenses.
- Create reports and assist with HR projects as needed.
- 2+ years recruiting experience (required).
- Familiarity with online recruiting, job boards, ATS/HRIS.
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, video).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and creative for hard-to-fill roles.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Full-time, Monday-Friday, night shift.
- Must have a computer with webcam and a smartphone.
- Salary TBD at offer.
- Bonus pay available.
