• Develop scalable HR strategies that align with business objectives and support organizational growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial or business partner capacity.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, talent management, and data-driven decision making.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, organizational development, and change management.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.

• Timely delivery of HR projects and achievement of strategic goals.
• Effective collaboration and leadership within cross-functional teams.
• Reduction in HR process defects and increased operational efficiency.
