Our Dallas, TX-based client is seeking a Sr. Compensation Analyst to develop and maintain the company's compensation programs and ensure employees are paid competitively, fairly, and equitably. This is a contract-to-hire position, working 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

COMP:

Up to $54/HR based on candidate’s experience, etc.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Work directly with the Compensation Manager to develop strategic plans for the compensation area.
  • Prepare materials for presentations regarding compensation initiatives.
  • Develop, revise, and document processes in support of compensation-related programs.
  • Develop and perform statistical analysis, data modeling, and costing of base pay programs.
  • Coordinate participation and analysis of general and industry-specific salary surveys.
  • Develop job descriptions, conduct job evaluations, and recommend levels for existing, new, or restructured jobs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the company's compliance with FLSA regulations.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in compensation analysis/design.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to perform independent, in-depth analysis.
  • Experienced in MS Office;
    Proficiency in MS Excel required.
