We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator for a contract opportunity in Dallas, TX, supporting a computer software organization during a paternity leave coverage period. This role is ideal for an HR professional with 3-5 years of experience who enjoys employee lifecycle administration, onboarding, compliance tracking, and HR systems work. The Human Resources Coordinator will play a key role in delivering a smooth employee experience by supporting new hires, employee changes, offboarding, documentation, and SAP Success Factors workflows.

- Manage employee lifecycle transactions in SAP Success Factors, including hires, job changes, transfers, and terminations.
- Coordinate and host new hire orientation sessions to support a positive onboarding experience.
- Prepare and process employment agreements, new-hire documentation, and I-9 submissions in accordance with federal requirements.
- Track completion of compliance training, policy acknowledgements, and onboarding tasks, escalating risks as needed.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding workflows within SAP Success Factors to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and a streamlined employee experience.
- Support the People Services model by assisting with HR operations, employee data updates, and other assigned tasks.
- Pay rate: $22 per hour.
- Job type:
Contract/Temporary. - Work arrangement: 2-3 days onsite in Dallas, TX.
- Assignment purpose:
Paternity leave coverage.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding workflows within SAP Success Factors.
- Maintain accurate employee data for hires, changes, transfers, and terminations.
- Coordinate new hire orientation, employment documentation, and I-9 submissions.
- Monitor compliance training, policy acknowledgements, and onboarding task completion.
- 3-5 years of human resources experience, preferably in HR operations, employee lifecycle support, or People Services.
- Experience using SAP Success Factors or similar HRIS platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to research and resolve SAP-related issues using analytical thinking and sound judgment.
- Knowledge of new-hire documentation, onboarding processes, offboarding processes, and I-9 compliance.
- Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and manage multiple HR tasks with professionalism and discretion.
- Experience supporting HR operations in a software, technology, or fast-paced corporate environment.
- Prior experience coordinating orientation sessions or supporting high-volume onboarding.
- Familiarity with compliance tracking, policy acknowledgements, and employee documentation workflows.
