Pariveda is hiring an experienced Technical Corporate Recruiter in Dallas to support its Global Talent Acquisition Team with full life cycle recruiting for technical roles.
Responsibilities- Own full life cycle recruiting in a quality-first environment
- Attract passive and active technical candidates by building meaningful relationships and promoting Pariveda
- Partner with local and national stakeholders to develop competitive intelligence
, innovative recruiting strategies, and a pipeline of exceptional talent - Participate in campus recruiting activities including career fairs, college interviews, and presentations
- Use recruiting tools,
advanced sourcing
, and social media to identify and engage talent - Contribute to long-term growth by participating in intellectual capital development and training others
- Advise and interact directly with local Pariveda executives (your clients)
- Improve outcomes by collecting and analyzing data and adapting to changing business needs
- Develop recruiting skills through collaboration with ambitious recruiters
- Drive personal development with continuous 360-degree feedback
, mentor guidance, and Pariveda’s proprietary Expectations Framework
- 1–3 years of experience recruiting technical talent
- Experience in agency recruiting or recruiting in the local market for a professional services firm
- Strong internet savvy
, including how to leverage the nuances of Linked In Recruiter and search engines for research and sourcing - Proven ability to build an active pipeline of quality technical talent through personal sourcing
- Ability to quickly understand Pariveda’s purpose and mission and communicate it to candidates
- Curiosity and initiative to learn, solve problems, think creatively, and adapt
- Strong attention to detail and intuition for assessing candidates against Pariveda core values and Findamentals during screening
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

- Transparent and Equitable Salary: salary range starts at $79,800
; compensation range $79.8K - $105.4K
