ATI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the Enterprise Services Talent Acquisition team in our Dallas, TX office. This onsite role focuses 70% on coordination and 30% on Internship and Early Career programs, reporting to the Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition.
You will support interview scheduling, candidate communication, ATS administration, and recruitment operations while assisting with internship activities and program marketing.
