Hybrid Project Manager

We are seeking a versatile and highly skilled professional who can seamlessly blend project management, UI/UX design, and business analysis capabilities. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, excels at cross‑functional collaboration, and can drive transformation projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with a strong ability to translate business needs into actionable plans, intuitive user experiences, and meaningful insights.

• Own timelines, deliverables, and project tracking while coordinating across multiple regions and engineering teams.
• Translate transformation blueprints into detailed workflows, action plans, and execution steps.
• Lead meetings, manage strong personalities, and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
• Develop wireframes, experience flows, and design concepts using tools like Figma.
• Facilitate design thinking sessions and refine customer journey improvements.
• Validate feasibility of designs through collaboration with development teams.
• Conduct SME and frontline employee interviews to extract detailed process information.
• Document end‑to‑end processes across four regions and clarify data sources, ownership, and flows.
• Produce actionable requirements and enhance existing documentation where gaps exist.
• Identify and navigate a complex stakeholder ecosystem across regions and business units.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical audiences, influencing outcomes where needed.
• Build strong working relationships early to accelerate progress and reduce pushback.

• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, or in a similar role.
• Strong communication, presentation skills, and executive presence.
• Ability to command a room, lead discussions, and influence stakeholders.
• Experience working in tech, digital transformation, or fast‑paced environments.
• Technical understanding to collaborate effectively with engineers (AI awareness preferred).
• UI/UX proficiency with wire framing and design thinking experience.
• Product Owner experience highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills;
  Excel or similar tools for data analysis.
• Proficient in Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
