Principal DevOps Engineer

Qorali is seeking an experienced Principal Dev Ops Engineer to become a key member of a well-established engineering organization. This role will play a critical part in shaping and evolving the company’s Dev Ops capabilities, with a strong emphasis on designing and operating scalable CI/CD architectures, advancing Git Ops practices, and supporting Kubernetes-based platforms within AWS-driven environments.

The candidate will be a highly technical, hands-on leader who thrives on automation and continuous improvement. You will work closely with engineering and platform teams to streamline delivery pipelines, enhance deployment reliability, and drive efficiency across a complex, enterprise-scale technology landscape, while providing technical guidance and leadership to others.

• Establish and champion modern engineering standards throughout the software lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on automated integration, delivery, and release practices
• Partner with internal teams and third-party collaborators to maximize the effectiveness of Dev Ops principles and workflows
• Enable development teams to operate independently by creating automated, on-demand build and release capabilities that accelerate delivery cycles
• Develop and roll out enhancements to how systems are compiled, released, observed, and maintained across operational environments
  
  Contribute to the evolution of build, release, and observability workflows for container-orchestrated platforms, including Kubernetes-based infrastructures
• Implement and maintain automated provisioning and configuration solutions across cloud and container platforms such as AWS and Kubernetes in alignment with Dev Ops practices
• Maintain and enhance infrastructure automation and CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Harness, and Jenkins to create and manage development environments
