Service Now developer with Dev Ops experience would be preferred. They must be on site in Bothell, Washington or Dallas, TX
Relocation is not an option at this time but may become an option down the road.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our Dev Ops team, dedicated to managing and supporting multiple Service Now environments. This role is pivotal in ensuring the optimal performance and health of our platform through effective incident resolution, system maintenance, and application development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance Service Now applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Provide Tier 3 support, assisting both operations and development teams with complex issues.
- Develop and implement ITSM change management solutions and performance optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with team members on troubleshooting and independent project management.
- Document technical processes and develop scripts to automate user tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification (mandatory).
- Certified Implementor and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications (strongly preferred).
- Proficiency in Service Now modules: ITOM, ITSM, PPM, HAM & SAM, CMDB, CSDM.
- Experience with JavaScript, MID server management, SSO configurations, and asset discovery.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix, Windows administration, and basic networking.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, ITIL frameworks, and ITSM certification (or equivalent experience).
- Change Management: Mid-level developer with 2+ years in ITSM change management on Service Now, CAD certification, and solid JavaScript skills.
- Performance Management: Experienced administrator with a focus on Service Now platform optimization, CSA certification, advanced Service Now administration course completion, and Linux/Unix proficiency.
