A Patient Engagement Associate to complete patient satisfactions or CAHPS (Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems) surveys, asking consumers and patients to report on and evaluate their experiences with health care. Full-time and part-time positions available.

you will do
- Responsible for collecting data using various structured data collections methods including mail and telephone
- Demonstrate experience working with people in a professional and personable manner, soliciting information through phone and face-to-face interactions
- Capture and record data in the computer system requiring the ability to enter participant responses rapidly and accurately
- Collect accurate healthcare data for business benchmarking and enhancing industry knowledge and our customers' experience with our software products
- All other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Opportunity is open to college students currently working towards obtaining a bachelor degree
- The ability to be self-directed, work independently and meet data collection quotas and deadlines enthusiastically
- Previous customer service experience or call center experience with clear verbal communication skills
- Foreign language skills with fluency in Spanish, Vietnamese, Portuguese, Polish, Korean, Eastern Armenian, or Russian is a bonus
- Ability to work in the Dallas office as this is not a remote role
