Job Summary
The Manager of Off-Premise & Digital Shelf is responsible for owning and optimizing the end-to-end off-premise and digital commerce experience across all Brix Holdings brands, including Friendly’s Restaurants, Clean Juice, Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, Red Mango Frozen Yogurt, Smoothie Factory, and Souper Salad.
This role oversees online ordering, brand website UX, third-party delivery platforms, and digital shelf execution, including Amazon marketplace opportunities. The Manager ensures brand consistency, operational accuracy, and performance optimization across all digital touchpoints while identifying incremental growth opportunities that drive conversion, increase basket size, and enhance guest satisfaction. This individual will work cross-functionally with brand engagement, operations, IT, agencies, and third-party partners to deliver a seamless and compelling off-premise guest experience.
- Own the online ordering and off-premise guest experience, including brand website UX.
- Ensure the digital journey from website to checkout is intuitive, on-brand, mobile-first, and optimized for conversion.
- Identify and resolve friction points in the guest experience to improve satisfaction, repeat usage, and loyalty.
- Own the digital shelf across brand websites, native ordering platforms, third-party delivery marketplaces, and Amazon.
- Manage Amazon digital shelf execution, including menu structure, product hierarchy, imagery, descriptions, and A+ Content coordination.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment of menus, modifiers, pricing, availability, imagery, and product descriptions across all platforms.
- Ensure promotions, limited-time offers (LTOs), and seasonal initiatives are executed correctly and consistently across all off-premise channels.
- Partner with brand engagement and operations teams to translate marketing initiatives into compelling off-premise activations.
- Monitor platform compliance and execution quality to ensure promotions deliver intended results.
- Track performance across off-premise channels, including website, online ordering, and third-party delivery, analyzing sales, traffic, conversion, and basket size.
- Establish and evolve best practices to improve discoverability, conversion, and basket size through menu architecture, website UX, bundling, upsell strategies, and imagery optimization.
- Identify incremental off-premise growth opportunities through testing, platform features, and emerging digital commerce trends.
- Develop reporting dashboards and performance summaries to inform stakeholders and guide decision-making.
- Use insights to prioritize opportunities, refine execution, and support broader marketing and growth strategies.
- Stay current on off-premise, e-commerce, digital shelf, and UX trends, sharing learnings and recommendations across the organization.
- Deep understanding of off-premise ecosystems, online ordering, curbside, brand website UX, third-party delivery platforms, and digital marketplaces.
- Experience managing digital shelves, product content, and performance optimization across multiple platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to balance brand standards, guest experience, and operational realities.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple brands and initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with a high standard for executional accuracy and brand consistency.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving digital environment with a test-and-learn mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required.
- 4–7 years of experience in off-premise, digital commerce, e-commerce, or marketplace management; restaurant, food service, or consumer brand experience strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with third-party delivery platforms, brand website UX, and online ordering systems required.
- Experience managing Amazon digital shelf content and A+ Content is a strong plus.
- Experience supporting multiple brands or concepts is preferred.
