As a Senior Partner Sales Manager at 4
Minds, you will drive revenue by selling with various sales, GTM, and program teams. You’ll identify, engage, and scale co‑sell motions. Managing sales pipelines, deal registrations, and sales coordination with customers, partners, and supporting technical teams to achieve target revenue goals.
This role sits at the intersection of cutting‑edge AI technology and enterprise transformation. You’ll work closely with our VP of Global Partnerships & Alliances to establish 4
Minds as a preferred AI partner within assigned partner, customer, and technology communities, enabling our partners to deliver differentiated solutions to their clients while driving measurable revenue growth for 4
Minds.
Role requires a constant learner as you will need to continue to understand why 4
Minds AI is important and differentiated for our customers and partners. We are moving fast, building fast. You’ll need to be technical enough to understand why continuous learning and knowledge graphs matter, consultative enough to design win‑win partnership strategies, and bold enough to open doors with senior stakeholders at firms that are not yet aware of 4
Minds AI. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll build the playbook while executing it, balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution to create a thriving partner ecosystem. Must be self‑motivated and self‑driven to find solutions and answers and not just barriers.
- Design and execute partner technology, sales, and GTM programs; including partner rewards, co‑sell competencies, and engagement process.
- Build and maintain executive relationships with sellers and supporting resell, GSI or consulting firms.
- Negotiate partnership agreements including technical collaboration terms, resale structures, and go‑to‑market frameworks.
- Own the full partnership lifecycle from initial outreach through enablement, activation, and ongoing expansion.
- Collaborate with sellers and consulting partners to identify and qualify enterprise opportunities where 4
Minds can drive client value. - Support joint business development activities including client workshops, proofs‑of‑concept, and strategic account planning.
- Track partnership pipeline, forecast partner‑sourced revenue, and report on key performance metrics.
- Develop partner enablement programs that help consulting teams understand 4
Minds’ differentiated technology—continuous learning, knowledge graphs, and our advantages over conventional RAG systems. - Develop technical training and certification development in partnership with our engineering and product teams.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer between 4
Minds technical teams and partner practices. - Design joint marketing initiatives, thought leadership content, and industry event strategies with consulting partners.
- Develop compelling case studies and success stories that demonstrate the value of 4
Minds‑partner joint solutions. - Represent 4
Minds at partner events, client engagements, and industry conferences. - Ensure partner feedback influences our product roadmap and go‑to‑market approach.
- 6+ years in partnership sales, strategic alliances, partnership management, or business development within enterprise technology companies.
- Proven track record building seller and partner sales relationships.
