Improve efficiency of existing finance processes by developing and implementing technology solutions. Leverage recent advancements across Lument to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the FP&A function, enabling FP&A to focus on analysis rather than manual work.

• Project manager for new technology solutions and product manager post‑implementation.
• Gather and analyze business challenges and goals to identify and implement technology solutions.
• Work with stakeholders to design and configure new systems and enhance existing applications to meet evolving business requirements.
• Oversee and conduct testing to ensure new systems are functioning correctly.
• Troubleshoot system issues and develop enhancements to improve efficiency and performance; provide end‑user support.
• Design and build data warehouses.
• Design and build BI reporting dashboards.
• Support compensation planning and administration, including enhancements to third‑party commission tools.
• Support ad‑hoc and strategic projects.
• Maintain documentation for various processes and solutions.
• Serve as liaison between FP&A, business users, and technology teams across the organization.
• Stay up‑to‑date on the latest IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

Education, Skills, and

Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (preferred). Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in a Business Systems Analyst role.

• Experienced in Power BI solutions design, DAX, SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting, SQL Integration Services, Excel Power Query, and Power Pivot.
• Proven ability to design and implement technology solutions that automate, streamline, and enhance financial reporting and business analysis.
• Must be experienced with project management and leading technology projects from requirements gathering to implementation.
• Hands‑on experience with data preparation, data gateway, and data warehousing projects.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must have a consistent high attention to detail.
• Results‑driven individual who can operate autonomously, leveraging data and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and in a rapidly changing environment to meet deadlines.
• A great attitude and strong work ethic.

• CPA or MBA.
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting and corporate finance concepts.
• Experience in real estate and/or financial services sectors.
• Experience with Oracle EPM and ERP software.

Annual base salary (NY only): $110,000 – $130,000 (gross). This range reflects the estimated low and high end of Lument’s salary for this position based on geography.
