Qorali are looking for a highly skilled individual that has a strong background in cloud environments, containerization, IaC and level 2 technical support skills.

This role is focused within level 2 support in the organization, allowing you to experience a variety of technologies and challenges which will allow for strong professional growth.

• Manage a hybrid cloud environment while supporting applications such as AWS to optimize performance, cost‑efficiency, and security.
• Experience with Kubernetes clusters to deploy, scale and manage containerized applications.
• Experience in different Dev Ops tools to configure Service Now platforms to support other IT workflows and automate incident management.
• Level 2 technical support for complex problems involving troubleshooting, cloud infrastructure and application performance related to software engineering.
• Integrated with multiple teams like deployment, SRE, and software development teams.
• Monitoring logging solutions with comprehensive understanding, with a proactive approach to optimize system health and resolve issues.

• Expertise in cloud engineering with AWS
• Substantial experience with troubleshooting and looking at log files to gather and monitor data for analysis.
• Comfortable with containerization using Kubernetes
• First‑hand experience using Service Now
• Ability to enhance the environment within Level 2 technical support for a fast‑paced, enterprise environment.
• Problem‑solving, communication skills, and analytical mindset.
