Our Information Technology (IT) team leads all aspects of IT systems and processes across the enterprise, including data services, security, compliance, applications, automation, and end-user services. Through innovative and streamlined technology solutions, this dynamic team enables company growth, protects data, and serves as a critical partner to all departments of Power School.

The Enterprise Applications team is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Solution Architect with outstanding business acumen and extensive Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud and Service Cloud expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of Salesforce Architecture experience with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex enterprise solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise combined with strategic business thinking to drive digital transformation initiatives.

The candidate will lead solution design, mentor junior team members, and serve as the primary technical liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.

• Work closely and collaboratively with business stakeholders and analysts to understand business requirements.
• Lead the design and architecture of complex Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, with primary focus on Service, Sales and Revenue Cloud.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop comprehensive solution architecture documentation, including technical specifications, integration patterns, and deployment strategies.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior solution architects, developers, and quality assurance engineers.
• Conduct technical reviews and provide architectural oversight for multiple concurrent projects and initiatives.
• Evaluate and recommend third-party applications, integrations, and platform extensions to enhance business capabilities.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and requirements gathering workshops with business users and stakeholders.
• Serve as subject matter expert for Service Cloud capabilities including case management, knowledge management, field service, and customer portals.

• Minimum of 7+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or Senior Technical Consultant with extensive Service Cloud implementation experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
• Outstanding business acumen with demonstrated ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Deep expertise in Service Cloud functionality including case management, knowledge base, omnichannel routing, and customer community portals.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security model, and integration patterns including REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and declarative development tools.
• Leadership experience with demonstrated ability to influence and drive consensus across multiple stakeholder groups.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data migration strategies, ETL processes, and large-scale data management initiatives.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and Dev Ops practices including CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong project management capabilities with experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
