Revenue Ops Director

• Lead holistic revenue operations across sales, customer success, marketing, and support.
• Craft effective team setups to fuel a top-notch sales operation, set for growth.
• Own the architecture and execution of the complete sales process from lead capture to remarketing and post-sale engagement.
• Manage product data and inventory sync across e-commerce hubs, ensuring seamless scaling on platforms like Amazon and your own site.
• Develop actionable revenue dashboards and analytics that provide insights into pipeline health, close rates, customer retention, and inventory velocity.
• Evaluate, implement, and manage Rev Ops tech stack, including CRM, CPQ, and business intelligence tools.
• Establish and govern CRM usage policies, data integrity, and system integrations.
• Design and deploy GTM playbooks for new product and service offerings.
• Drive analytics initiatives to improve conversion rates, lifetime customer value, and sales performance.
• Deliver reliable forecasting and sales reporting to guide strategic decision-making.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across revenue teams.

• 5+ years leading revenue operations or sales operations functions across sales, marketing, and support.
• Experience in online sales, including big platforms and company sites.
• Proven success implementing and scaling CRM systems from the ground up.
• Strong command of CPQ tools and quote-to-cash processes.
• Experience managing performance marketing or PPC advertising budgets is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in building operational playbooks and scalable workflows across cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of electronics, hardware, or tech infrastructure is a nice-to-have, but not a deal-breaker if it's not in your wheelhouse.
• Strategic thinker who can also roll up sleeves to execute and optimize processes in real time.
