What You'll Do:- Deliver high‑quality onboarding and training sessions for clients and internal teams, both virtually and in‑person, including ongoing education such as webinars and workshops.
- Translate client questions, challenges, and workflows into clear, actionable training content tailored to their needs.
- Provide expert guidance on industry‑specific processes, LOS, PPE, and mortgage‑related workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, support, and sales) to ensure training aligns with current platform capabilities and updates.
- Support a white‑glove client experience that ensures adoption, satisfaction, and long‑term retention.
- Occasionally travel to client sites for hands‑on training and engagement sessions.
- Continuously refine training materials and sessions based on client feedback and evolving product features.
- Strong experience as a corporate or client trainer, ideally in SaaS or fintech.
- Deep domain expertise in mortgage, LOS, PPE, or closely related industry products.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex technical or industry concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience designing and delivering client‑focused, high‑touch training programs.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to adapt training to client‑specific scenarios.
- Passion for creating world‑class onboarding and training experiences.
- Ability to gather and synthesize client feedback to improve training programs and materials.
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, agile environment with evolving priorities.
