Manager, Sales Development

Lead our Sales Development team and help shape Eftsure’s U.S. growth.

Eftsure is one of Australia’s fastest-growing SaaS companies, and we’re on a mission to become the global security standard for B2B payments. With our U.S. HQ now in Dallas, and our CEO based stateside, we’re looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead and scale our growing SDR team.

This is a chance to build something from the ground up - coaching top SDR talent, refining outbound strategy, and fueling our U.S. sales engine.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs to consistently exceed targets
• Own pipeline performance and report directly to senior leadership
• Drive SDR effectiveness through 1:1 coaching and real-time feedback
• Partner closely with Sales and Marketing on lead flow and conversion
• Build cadences, messaging, and outbound strategies that scale
• Create a culture of curiosity, consistency, and impact

• Proven SDR/BDR background with strong results (120%+ target achievement)
• Experience mentoring or managing SDRs
• Data-driven and confident using insights to improve performance
• Strong communicator with empathy and a growth mindset
• Thrives in fast-moving, startup-style environments
