This position works with the Talent business team in supporting the Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) modules (Performance and Compensation), Redwood upgrades, Journeys and transactional workflows. Duties include gathering and documenting business requirements for functional configuration, advising on recommendations for product enhancements and client user training, working with stakeholders to understand functional requirements, and interacts with other cross‑functional teams to design, develop, test, and release features.

Additionally, this position plans and supports the deployment of quarterly updates and production issue resolutions, utilizes VBCS to customize Fusion UIs, build data entry pages, dashboards, and embed custom apps. Works with the technical team to spec and unit test any system technical extensions, collaborates with Oracle development to elevate issues and ensures resolution. Six or more years of configuration and support experience with Oracle Cloud HCM (Performance Management and Compensation) preferred.

Please note, this position does not support H1B visa sponsorship. Incumbent must reside in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex or be willing to relocate. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.

• Education Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer science, or other related field.
• Experience 5 years business systems and/or project experience with exposure to systems or project development and testing, installation, and training.
• Preferred Six or more years of configuration and support experience with Oracle Cloud HCM (Performance Management and Compensation)

• Provide expertise gained from previous ERP implementations and operational knowledge to lead the team members through the design, configuration and implementation of the ERP application software modules or database and/or technical components.
• Provide ERP software expertise and operational knowledge to help business process owners and project team members in conducting fit/gap analysis and evaluation of design and process choices to make best practice decisions.
• Use ERP software expertise and operational knowledge to evaluate and confirm integration and consistency of business process design across the ERP software modules.
• Identify customization, interface, report, ad conversion requirements.
• Facilitate decision making process required to successfully execute project plans and contribute to the creation of an accurate project plan and task list.
• Define user authorization requirements and participate in the resolution of problems, concerns and issues on an as needed basis.
