Data Analyst

As part of our global expansion, we’re seeking a Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis, excellent problem‑solving abilities, and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data. You should be proficient in data analysis, data modeling, and reporting, and able to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

• Collaborate closely with business teams to understand requirements, tailor data solutions, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyze and summarize business requirements, systematically solidifying data models to enhance efficiency and extract key insights.
• Build and maintain data reporting systems, generating regular business reports to assist departments in understanding business performance.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Management, Computer Science, Data Mining, or related fields.
• 3+ years of data analysis experience with strong analytical skills and knowledge of common statistical methods and data analysis tools.
• Proficient in using SQL for analysis, extraction, and processing, capable of writing complex SQL queries, and familiar with common database management systems.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving fintech/tech startup environment.

• Experience with the securities brokerage is a plus.
• Experience with Metabase or Tableau is a plus.
• Chinese language skills are a bonus to interact with colleagues in other regions.
