As a Contracts Senior Manager with Momentum, you'll play a key role in our team, collaborating closely with dynamic and talented individuals. You'll contribute to Momentum’s legal team supporting all of Momentum’s portfolio companies in a collaborative, innovative environment and be part of our mission to enable, accelerate, and empower our partners at Momentum companies, allowing them to deliver best-in-class solutions for their customers.

About This Role at Momentum
As aContracts Senior Manageron ourLegal team, your work will be dynamic, engaging, and directly tied to the success ofPMGand Momentum’s broader portfolio. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
- Draft and negotiatea wide range of commercial contracts, serving as the primary lead for strategic client-related negotiations.
- Take ownership of all drafting responsibilities, ensuring contracts are clear, concise, and aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including both PMG’s and Momentum's leadership, operations, and finance to provide seamless legal support.
- Serve as thepoint person during contract negotiations, building trust and strong relationships with clients while ensuring favorable outcomes for Momentum and PMG.
- Provide expert legal advice and strategic input to stakeholders, leveraging your knowledge of contract law and negotiation strategy.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, emerging legal trends, and best practices to proactively address potential challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and client satisfaction.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, keeping pace with evolving legal and business needs.
- Strategize with your team to plan for upcoming projects, ensuring seamless execution of contracts and agreements.
- Lead and support strategic legal team initiatives which have far-reaching impact across Momentum and all of Momentum's portfolio companies.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a bachelor’s degree. Juris Doctor is a plus.
- Strong drafting skills, with the ability to turn a complex commercial concept into contractual language.
- Experience in fast paced, global organization. Able to function and perform at a high level with ambiguity in some cases.
- Exceptional relationship building skills – ability to work effectively and have high impact working at all levels – upward/downward/laterally. Ability to work effectively with peers across multiple cross-functional departments (sales, finance, accounting, tax, audit).
- Self-starter, flexible mindset, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
