Job Title:
Senior Scrum Master
Location:
Dallas, TX
- 9 plus years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement meetings.
- Proficiency in using Jira or Dev Ops board to monitor project progress, manage releases, track issues, and coordinate team tasks.
- Work closely with Sr. designers, Sr. engineers, and Sr. business professionals in a collaborative environment to create strategic, project roadmaps.
- Provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Scrum Master certification is a plus.
- Nice to have familiarity with Cloud Technologies, GenAI, GPT, Agents, Business Process Automation and AI Models.
