We are looking for a Senior Service Now Developer to join our Service Now Platform Team. In this role, you will serve as the technical cornerstone of our engineering efforts, driving the execution of high-quality, scalable solutions across our enterprise-wide Service Now platform. You will apply your deep technical expertise across multiple modules—including ITSM, CSM, HAM, and WSD—to bridge the gap between architectural vision and production-ready code.

As a Developer, you are more than just a coder; you are a technical leader who defines engineering standards, mentors other developers, and ensures our platform remains robust, performant, and maintainable.

Required Technical Expertise

• Service Now Module Expertise:
  Minimum 7 years of experience with specific Service Now modules, including knowledge of their business and technical applications, to inform development and customization decisions.
• Service Now Technical experience - ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Integrations and ITAM (SAM & HAM_)
• Low-Code/No-Code Development:
  Experience using Service Now's NOW platform to design and develop customized reports and solutions, leveraging its low-code/no-code capabilities.
• Service Now Implementation and Customization:
  Experience implementing and customizing different Service Now modules to meet specific business needs, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality.

Service Now

Certifications:

CSA, CAD and CIS (ITSM, ITOM, and/or other modules)

Preferred Technical Experience

• Advanced Service Now Module Knowledge:
  Experience with multiple Service Now modules, including in-depth understanding of their business and technical applications, to inform complex development and customization decisions.
• Expertise in Low-Code/No-Code Solutions:
  Experience designing and developing innovative solutions using Service Now's NOW platform, leveraging its advanced low-code/no-code capabilities to drive business process improvements.
