Job Title: SAP Project Systems (PS) Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Systems (PS) Business Analyst with strong cross-functional expertise in FICO to support complex project-driven business processes. This role will act as the bridge between project management, finance, and technical teams, leading design, configuration, and optimization of SAP PS solutions across the full project lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings deep PS configuration knowledge, strong financial integration experience, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.

• Strong SAP PS configuration and support experience, including project profiles, WBS elements, networks, activities, milestones, and settlement rules
• Deep understanding of PS–FI/CO integration, including cost elements, cost centers, internal orders, asset settlements, and profitability segments
• Hands-on experience with capitalization flows (AuC/Assets), revenue recognition, and month-end close impacts across PS and FICO
• Proven ability to align PS design with controlling structures, financial reporting, and compliance requirements
• End-to-end project lifecycle experience: budgeting, planning, cost tracking, confirmations, results analysis, and period-end closing
• Experience designing and optimizing PS processes for CAPEX, internal orders, and customer projects
• Familiarity with S/4
  
  HANA PS capabilities and related modules such as MM and PM
• Strong documentation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead design and blueprint sessions and act as a liaison between project managers, finance, and SD teams
• Proven troubleshooting skills across SAP modules with a holistic, non-siloed approach

• SAP certification in PS, FI, or Asset Management
• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry

• Lead design, configuration, and optimization of SAP PS solutions aligned to business and financial requirements
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Project Management, and IT teams to ensure seamless PS–FICO integration
• Support project execution through accurate budgeting, cost control, settlements, and financial reporting
• Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with cross-functional stakeholders
• Troubleshoot and resolve cross-module issues spanning PS, FI, CO, MM, and SD
