Role overview :
The Member Experience Analyst will primarily support the Tinder line of business. This role focuses on analyzing customer support and Trust & Safety data to produce clear, actionable insights, and translating those insights into stories that are easy for non-technical audiences to understand.

This is a unique opportunity to support reporting and analytics within the Match Group Central Trust & Safety organization. The team works closely with operations, product, and engineering to surface insights that help improve tools, processes, and outcomes for both members and internal teams. You will have mentorship and opportunities to grow your technical and analytical skills while contributing meaningfully to real, high‑impact work.
YourImpact
- Build and maintain automated reports for the Trust & Safety organization to track performance, share insights broadly, and highlight progress
- Partner with Trust & Safety stakeholders and Tinder Analytics to ensure reporting and metrics are ready to support new product launches and operational changes
- Act as a point of contact for sharing customer insights across Tinder, helping amplify the voice of the member through data
- Analyze trends in support and Trust & Safety data to identify gaps, risks, or inefficiencies in current processes
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to define, monitor, and improve operational metrics and reporting standards
- Take ownership of analyses from initial question through final insight, following through to ensure findings are clearly understood and actionable
- Manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast‑moving environment while maintaining attention to detail
- You have a Bachelor’s degree and are comfortable working with SQL to explore and analyze data
- You enjoy digging into data to answer business questions, not just building dashboards, and can explain your findings clearly
- You are able to think critically, troubleshoot issues, and stay composed when things do not go as planned
- You communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and in conversations with stakeholders
- You have hands‑on experience building and maintaining reports or dashboards in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms
- You enjoy working collaboratively and are comfortable partnering closely with operations, product, and analytics teams
