Systems Analyst, IT Project Manager
Position Location: currently 3 days per week in office, moving to 5 days per week in office in May

This team leads technology transformation and program delivery initiatives, with a strong focus on Data Automation. The group partners across business and technical teams to drive complex projects from strategy through execution.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a Technical Project Manager with a strong background in program delivery and technical project execution. This role partners closely with the Senior Leader, 1–2 Junior Project Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to manage projects across the full lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage project plans end-to-end
- Lead and support key deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
- Drive project planning and execution activities
- Facilitate stakeholder and project status meetings
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies
- Monitor and manage project budgets
- Handle and elevate issues as needed
- 4+ years of Technical Project Management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Clarizen, or Smartsheet
- Advanced skills in Excel and Power Point
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, executive-level presentations
- Experience with dependency mapping
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management abilities
- Confident leading discussions and driving decision-making
- Experience working with senior stakeholders
