Job Summary

This position entails working as a Senior Technical Specialist with expertise in SQL, data analysis, and Python. The primary responsibilities include utilizing these technical skills to support various projects and initiatives that require data handling, analysis, and automation using SQL and Python.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize SQL queries and procedures to extract and manipulate data for analysis and reporting purposes.

Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and insights, and present findings to stakeholders.

Design and implement data-driven solutions using Python for automation, data manipulation, and visualization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define data models, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SQL databases, data pipelines, and Python scripts.

Stay updated on industry best practices in SQL, data analysis, and Python to drive continuous improvement in technical solutions.

Skill Requirements

Proficiency in SQL to write complex queries, optimize database operations, and ensure data integrity.

Strong data analysis skills to interpret and analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and generate insights.

Solid programming skills in Python to automate tasks, build data pipelines, and create custom data analysis solutions.

Ability to work with large datasets and manipulate data using SQL and Python efficiently.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail for troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring data accuracy.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques to present data insights effectively.

Other Requirements

Relevant certifications in SQL, data analysis, or Python are a plus.

Maximum Salary (US): $160,000
Minimum Salary (US): $120,000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program;

401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
