Enterprise Resources Planning Analyst

We are seeking an experienced ERP Analyst with strong SAP and SQL expertise to support and enhance ERP systems within a manufacturing environment. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and manufacturing operations to ensure ERP solutions align with operational needs, improve efficiency, and support data-driven decision‑making.

• Support, maintain, and optimize SAP ERP systems to meet business and manufacturing requirements
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements
• Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements and automation opportunities
• Develop, write, and optimize SQL queries for reporting, data validation, and analysis
• Troubleshoot ERP‑related issues and provide timely resolution and user support
• Support ERP integrations with other systems and manufacturing tools
• Assist with system upgrades, testing, data migrations, and change management initiatives
• Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and user guides
• Provide training and ongoing support to end users

• Proven experience as an ERP Analyst or similar role
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP (modules dependent on business needs)
• Solid SQL experience, including writing and optimizing complex queries
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, workflows, and data requirements
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an onsite, cross‑functional team environment

• Experience with SAP implementations or upgrades
• Familiarity with reporting tools and BI platforms
• Understanding of integrations between ERP and shop floor/manufacturing systems
