  • 7+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex technology and business projects, ideally within healthcare/pharmacy or similarly regulated industry settings.
  • Proven experience overseeing new business launches, system implementations, and end-to-end integrations involving Pharmacy Management Systems and ERP platforms (Sage Intacct preferred).
  • Solid understanding of ERP systems functionality, integration protocols, and data flow, with hands-on experience in multi-system environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-disciplinary project teams, manage ambiguity, and drive alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on proactive communication and results-driven delivery.
  • Expertise in developing and managing project plans, risk registers, governance frameworks, and executive reporting packages.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
  • Acute analytical skills for assessing project health, risks, and dependencies, and a disciplined approach to issue resolution.
