Senior Product Manager

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and deployment of enterprise data, BI, and reporting solutions across international markets, with a strong focus on the Middle East region. This role will own the product roadmap for data platforms and analytics capabilities, partnering closely with engineering, analytics, and regional business leaders to drive scalability, standardization, and insight‑driven decision making.

This role requires a strong product mindset applied to data technologies, such as Snowflake, Datadog, and modern database platforms, with an emphasis on roadmap ownership, prioritization, and business impact.

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for BI, reporting, and data platforms in collaboration with regional and cross‑functional stakeholders
• Translate business and regional reporting needs into scalable, secure, and high‑impact data solutions
• Own product strategy for data platforms, observability, and analytics tooling from a product management and business value lens
• Partner with engineering, analytics, infrastructure, and security teams to deliver reliable, high‑quality data products
• Drive global standardization of data models, reporting frameworks, and analytics capabilities while supporting regional needs
• Manage third‑party vendors and data technology partners, ensuring performance, reliability, and alignment to product goals
• Define success metrics, KPIs, and business cases to measure adoption, data quality, and business outcomes
• Support new market launches, regional initiatives, and special projects with data and reporting enablement

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with ownership of product roadmaps and delivery
• Strong experience with data platforms and analytics technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Datadog, modern databases, BI tools)
• Proven ability to manage data or analytics products from ideation through launch and adoption
• Experience translating complex business requirements into data, reporting, or analytics solutions
• Experience working with APIs, data integrations, and distributed systems
• Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non‑technical teams
• Second language
• Global or international experience
