Associate Partner – Supply Chain

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Partner / Director to join our Supply Chain Transformation practice. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands‑on leader with expertise in supply chain strategy, transformation delivery, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to drive supply chain transformation programs, engage with senior executives, and grow consulting business in various sectors.

This position offers a pathway to becoming a Partner.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives (e.g., CSCO, COO, CFO) on supply chain strategy and transformation.
• Lead the delivery of complex, multi‑disciplinary supply chain engagements across planning, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and digital enablement.
• Drive client satisfaction and long‑term relationship development.

• Shape and grow the Supply Chain Transformation practice, including go‑to‑market strategy, service offerings, and thought leadership.
• Mentor and develop high‑performing consulting teams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to integrate supply chain capabilities with broader digital, sustainability, and operational excellence initiatives.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including proactive proposals and points of view, RFP responses, proposal development, and client presentations.
