Strong knowledge of Windows
10 (client) operating systems.
Good knowledge on Service Now, MS Office, Remote Support, Mobility, Antivirus, Engineering Services.
Experience with managing iOS, Windows & Android devices in a Global environment.
Process knowledge on ITIL
Roles & Responsibilities

Base Salary Range: $70,000- $90,000 per annum
