Business Analyst/Oracle EBS
Responsibilities:
* Provide Level 2/3 application support for clients and users of cloud-based enterprise applications
* Execute day-to-day maintenance activities of cloud-based enterprise applications for a variety of clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews
* Identify, document, and manage client business / functional requirements
* Assess client requirements and build product-specific functional specifications
* Drive efficiency by continuously improving business process and task automation
* Collaborate with diverse onshore/offshore teammates on the software development process and agile methodologies
* Lead client-facing meetings
* Lead workshops and presentations of key solution design, technology architecture concepts, and demonstrations to client stakeholders
* Work as part of a team to implement solutions in an Agile-SCRUM framework by writing epics and user stories
Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years implementing or supporting EBS (GL primary) with AP and AR as secondary modules
* Good communication skills
* Ability to lead client meetings
