Mobile App Program Manager

The Program Manager for the Mobile Applications Team operates within the Information Technology division, supporting customer-facing digital products. This role is responsible for leading Agile software initiatives that enhance user experience and modernize mobile platforms through cloud-native and microservices-based architectures.

• Foster a collaborative environment for self-organizing Agile teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric features on schedule.
• Promote continuous improvement and adherence to Agile best practices (Scrum/Kanban).
• Align mobile application initiatives with business objectives.
• Partner with product leaders, UX designers, and development teams to drive innovation and deliver value.
• Oversee roadmap execution and ensure successful delivery of mobile enhancements.

• Support modernization efforts of mobile applications to improve performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Oversee integration of APIs and cloud-based services, including containerized and microservices architectures.
• Ensure reliable functionality across mobile platforms.

• Work closely with architects, QA teams, developers, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with customer needs.
• Facilitate communication across technical and non-technical teams to ensure transparency and alignment.
