Overview

Mandatory

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML algorithms and models to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high-quality input for AI/ML models.
- Evaluate and optimize existing algorithms for performance and scalability.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.
- Document processes, methodologies, and results to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior team members in AI/ML concepts and practices.
Mandatory
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with a focus on AI/ML libraries (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis using tools like Pandas, Num Py, or similar.
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and frameworks.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and model evaluation metrics.
- Ability to work with large datasets and cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Preferred
Skills:
- Experience with deep learning frameworks and techniques.
- Knowledge of reinforcement learning and its applications.
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Experience in deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for AI/ML technologies and a desire to continuously learn and grow in the field.
