Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 + Overtime & Comprehensive Benefits

We are a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) seeking a dedicated professional with a passion for technology and a knack for problem‑solving. • Maintain and troubleshoot client network, hardware, and applications.
• Provide both onsite and in‑house support.
• Keep accurate records of all tasks and issues resolved.
• Work on network and server migration, security firewall, and desktop troubleshooting.

• Active Directory
• O365
• Windows Server 2016 - 2025
• Windows Services including GP/DHCP/DNS/AD
• VMWare/Hyper‑V Experience
• Server Support
• Sonic Wall / Ubiquiti / Networks
• WAN / LAN Troubleshooting

• 1-2 years of MSP Technical Support or 2-3 years of IT experience.
• Knowledge of Windows and MacOS Desktop Operating Systems.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Entra

• Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues remotely.
• Experience developing and maintaining documentation.
• Strong team player with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong research and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with change management, and customer service.
• Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously.

• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), A+, Network+ or equivalent experience.
