Title: Senior Business Intelligence Developer
Pay Rate: $130k-$150k
We are looking for a backend Senior BI Developer to join our team. This person is responsible for modernizing data platforms and data visualization strategies from a traditional solution (SQL Server, SSIS, and Tableau) to a more modern cloud data platform using Azure SQL Managed Instance and Microsoft Fabric.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in orchestrating the transition to a modern data platform, have a deep technical understanding of cloud data warehouse and possess strong business acumen to translate customer use cases into compelling and efficient visualization designs. This role will drive innovation, enhance user experience, and enable data democratization across our organization.
- Critical Skills/Technologies: Data Warehouse Expertise
- Knows how to build dimension and fact tables
- Highly skilled in SQL
- Understands stored procedures, functions, etc.
- Creating relationships between dimension and fact tables
- SSIS and/or Data Factory, Fabric, Synapse
- Understands processing data, order of operations
